Most book nooks glow warm. This one glows a little wicked.

About This Kit

The Tarot Divination Society is a DIY book nook kit that builds a fortune-teller's parlor in miniature. A witch sits at her table with a crystal ball, tarot cards lie scattered across the room, and a Wheel of Fate on the wall actually rotates. Two light sets split the scene into warm lamps and a green wash, a color most book nooks never use.

The kit is wooden and comes with a step-by-step color manual. The moving parts, the spinning wheel especially, are the most rewarding steps and the ones to take slowly, which is why it is rated Steady Hands on the ShelfWorlds scale. The maker recommends it for builders aged 14 and up.

The green light decides where it goes. It shows best in a dim corner or on a shelf you walk past at night, next to gothic novels or horror paperbacks. Nothing in it says October specifically, so it can go up for Halloween and still be out in March. It makes a good gift for a tarot reader, or for anyone whose Halloween decor never fully goes back in the attic.

Buying for a witchy friend? The witchy gifts guide has more ideas at every budget, with order-by dates for Christmas.

Everything seems correct.

Was a bit disappointed and worried when i saw that it got banged up a bit during the delivery, and also....not sure if the glue was supposed to come with the package and they forgot to add it or you have to get your own.
But other than that, it looks great and can't wait to assemble it!
