Shipping policy
The short version: kits ship directly from their makers' studios and arrive in 7–14 days. We only ship within the United States for now, and every product page states its delivery window.

- Orders $75 and over: free shipping
- Orders under $75: $5.99 flat rate

Every product page states its delivery window above the add-to-cart button.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your kit ships. If it hasn't arrived in your inbox within 3 business days of ordering, something's wrong on our end and we want to hear about it.
The honest caveats
- Studio-direct shipping is genuinely slower than Prime. If you're gift-shopping on a deadline, email us first and we'll tell you straight whether it will make it.
- Holiday season: carriers slow down in December. Order by the end of November if it needs to be under a tree.
- We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or internationally yet. That may change; the newsletter will say so when it does.
