To get you an answer faster, include:

• Order questions: your order number and what happened
• Missing or broken pieces: the kit name and the part number from the instruction booklet (each piece has one, and it's how we get the right replacement to you)
• "Which kit should I buy?" Tell us who it's for, whether they've built one before, and your budget. This is our favorite kind of email.

We're a small shop, so there's no phone line yet. Email gets you the owner, not a script.

Before you write, two quick answers:

• Shipping times and costs are on the shipping page.
• Missing a piece? Don't return the kit. See returns and replacements and we'll send the part.
