The short version: most kits ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–7 business days. A few specialty kits take 2–3 weeks and are clearly marked. We only ship within the United States for now.

Every product page states which group the kit belongs to above the add-to-cart button. If a page doesn't say "Special order," it ships domestically.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your kit ships. If it hasn't arrived in your inbox within 3 business days of ordering, something's wrong on our end and we want to hear about it.
The honest caveats
- Special-order kits are genuinely slower. If you're gift-shopping on a deadline, stick to the domestic catalog or email us first and we'll tell you straight whether it will make it.
- Holiday season: carriers slow down in December. Order by December 10 for domestic kits if it needs to be under a tree.
- We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or internationally yet. That may change; the newsletter will say so when it does.
